Our company’s greatest strengths are speed, scale, and adaptability. We make video and events happen all over Jersey and beyond, taking on projects of all sizes, scales, and timelines. And we wouldn’t be able to do it without the incredible MediaCutlet team.
Our full-timers, part-timers, and contractors, most of whom also work for our sister brand Hurricane Productions, come to us from all walks of life and career backgrounds. That diversity of thought and experiences allows us to think way outside the box and deliver creative solutions to our B2B and private event clients.

The Hurricane Productions and MediaCutlet Team
Megan Atkinson (Sales Consultant for Hurricane Productions)
While Megan’s role is technically a sales position, she does so much more to create a smooth, stress-free experience for Hurricane’s wedding clients. She works with couples throughout the entire planning process, from initial consultation through the big day, to deliver everything they’ve envisioned for their wedding (and then some!).
Katie Ireland (Administrative Assistant)
As our Administrative Assistant and newest hire, Katie works closely with our full-time staff to keep our operations moving. She coordinates schedules, checks on project status updates, and ensures all client deliverables are on track across both brands.
Chelsea Rutkowski (Project Manager and General Manager of Hurricane Productions)
Chelsea was hired as an Administrative Assistant for Hurricane Productions and quickly earned herself the role of General Manager. In addition to overseeing many of the day-to-day sales and operations at Hurricane Productions, Chelsea also serves as our Project Manager for MediaCutlet and helps clients through our end-to-end event production process.
Nick Nittoli (Director of Operations)
As our Director of Operations, Nick is involved in many different projects for both brands. While he started as a Hurricane photographer, Nick now handles a wide variety of responsibilities, from running our internal tech systems to setting up lighting, audio, and livestreaming for our private and corporate event clients.
Markus Robinson (Media Director)
Photographer and videographer Markus has become an integral part of our core team over the years. In his role of Media Director, Markus conceptualizes, shoots, and edits video content for our B2B clients and helps produce engaging live and virtual events.
Robbie Padovano (Event Entertainment + Web Design, Video and Content)
Robbie (a.k.a. “Maserobbiee”) is not only Hurricane’s lead wedding emcee, but also a multi-talented digital creator for MediaCutlet. He works closely with our full-time team members on web design, video production, visual content, and marketing assets for both internal and client-facing initiatives.
Nate Hawley (Event Entertainment + Web Design)
Known to the Rutgers community as the “Official DJ of Rutgers Football,” Nate started working with us as an entertainer while he was still an undergrad. Today, he continues to DJ events for Hurricane while putting his extensive coding, web development, and IT experience to good use for MediaCutlet’s tech-focused projects.
Tyler Ajamian (Video)
Tyler is one of our most versatile videographers, shooting for both Hurricane’s private event clients and MediaCutlet’s corporate clients. Whether he’s at a wedding venue, on the road with the Princeton University men’s basketball team, or flying a drone camera above the city of New Brunswick, this FAA-certified remote pilot has helped us capture stunning visuals in a wide variety of settings.
David Costantini (Photo and Video + Digital Branding)
David (“DC”) was one of Hurricane’s earliest freelance photographers and did occasional events for us for over a decade. Now, he’s become integrated with MediaCutlet’s B2B operations, helping us with digital branding, visuals, and content marketing.
Olivia Reinebach (Marketing + Event Production)
Industry newcomer Olivia has already flexed her marketing and communications muscles with both of our brands. She works on several different digital projects for us, including email marketing, social media, and virtual event production.
Nicole Fallon-Peek (Copywriting)
Nicole and her editorial team manage blogs and email marketing for both of our brands. She is also our go-to copywriter for MediaCutlet clients who need website copy, blog content, voiceover scripts, and whitepapers.
Vincent Velasquez (Chief Executive Officer)
As the co-founder of both Hurricane Productions and MediaCutlet, Vincent has spent the better part of the last 20 years growing and transforming businesses by making powerful connections and cultivating up-and-coming talent. He guides the overall direction of both brands while working closely with the larger team to expand the companies’ opportunities, especially in today’s virtual-first world.
Strato Doumanis (Chief Technology Officer)
Hurricane/MediaCutlet co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Strato is immersed in all things tech for our brands, including web development and marketing initiatives. Under Strato’s leadership, our team helps clients create stunning websites, engaging ad campaigns, and click-worthy content, as well as immersive, high-tech live and virtual event experiences.
